Medical Mud Treatment (Peloidotherapy)

How to apply?

To heat the peloid, microwave oven/mini oven is used and applied directly (as a local) to the regions that are appropriate for Peloid.

Peloid heating temprature is controlled(40-42)

  • Mix it by hands to make good implementation
  • The area of the patient which is need to implement the treatment will be applied in 2cm thickness
  • Peloid region is wrapped by stretch film
  • Is closed with warm towels and Wait for 20 minutes
  • After, the peloid is cleaned from the skin by the stripping method
  • The cleaned peloid is expelled appropriately
  • Night shower preference is recommended to the patients
